At Occupational Therapy Brisbane Neurotherapy Hub, we believe in making a difference in people’s lives. We are a leading Clinical Neurotherapy Service based in Brisbane, Australia, dedicated to offering neurologically informed therapy that empowers individuals with neurological conditions to lead fulfilling lives.

We practise what we preach and are dedicated to expanding people’s lives through smart and innovative therapy practices. We’re on a mission to boost brain health and help people lead purposeful lives, including our own team members.

More Than Just Reception: Are you passionate about customer service and building relationships? Do you have over 3 years of administration experience, ideally in NDIS or Healthcare/Medical? If yes, we invite you to consider the role of Client Care Coordinator at our practice.

As a Client Care Coordinator, you are the heart of our practice. In healthcare, growing specialist practices create growing administrative needs. You’ll be the face of our practice, providing compassionate reception support. You might find yourself multitasking, from handling the essentials to championing process improvement and reception efficiency, because when we work smarter internally, we help more people thrive externally.
