Really, these appointments are set up with two things in mind.

- To help fast track your results, answer any emerging questions or cover off treatment specific questions which are niggling away at you.
These 15 minute min consultation allows us to discuss how we can help you achieve your goals as soon as possible. Yes, these are therapy or coaching calls and are only available at certain times during the week.
